Our mission is to help people feel more comfortable in their bodies so they can move through life vibrantly! Whether you are the extreme athlete, to the busy mom, someone prepping for surgery, or just anyone with a body, we’re here to help you recover from life by providing a safe and serene space to unwind, while also teaching you the tools needed to continue creating a recovery routine that helps you thrive in life!
Our approach
Our approach is to work with our clients over time to open up restricted areas caused by repetitive motion and injuries through massage and bodywork and then give them tools to manage so they can live their most vibrant and active lives.
Our bodies are self-functioning and have a natural ability to heal themselves, (it’s pretty magical) BUT there are certain movements, diets, & environments that will support them to thrive or completely damage them and throw them in the sick zone & nobody Wants OR has Time for that…
This is why our approach at Perpetual Health is using Therapeutic Massage and Integrated Health Care to holistically support your body, restore it to balance, and ensure it is functioning properly! Here at PH we meet you where you are, and provide a space where you can put all the tools together so your health is everlasting.

What to expect during your visit
Expect to be greeted with compassion, open ears, love & met with an open space for unwinding.
A client can expect to be an extra 30-40mins for their first appointment to leave room for consultation and education.
Expect to be relaxed and maybe drowsy for the rest of the day
Could be sore or tender within 24-48hrs after bodywork.
