Office Policies

24hr Cancellation Policy:

If a client should need to cancel we ask for notice as soon as possible, the more time we have is much appreciated so we can fill that spot.  We understand that life happens to all of us and at times we need to cancel on short notice. If a client cancels within 24hr or less more than once we will charge 80 percent of the session price and if the client continues to break this policy we have the right to not rebook them. 

Cleaning Policy

We are committed to creating a clean, fresh environment for our clients. We keep an extended amount of time between each session to spray and wipe all surfaces down and turn the HEPA filter on high during this time. We also have essential oil diffusers and the HEPA filter going at all times to assist in air quality.

New Client Protocols

- We ask that all clients be showered with washed hair that day prior to coming to the appointment. 

- If you have shown signs of any illness prior to the appointment we kindly ask that you let us know in advance, so we can plan accordingly to reschedule you. 

- Do arrive at least 10/15 mins early to fill out a health intake.

- We kindly ask that you take your shoes off at the door. 

- PPE Masks are optional, but recommended.

- Clients are recommended to stay hydrated after the session.

Health Questionnaire

Staying healthy starts with us, please consider these questions below before coming to your appointments

If you or anyone in your household has recently experienced any of the following within the past 3-4 days we ask you to let us know:

A fever or currently have a fever in the last 48hrs? 

New or worsening cough/respiratory illness

Persistent headache/body aches

Fever/chills

Nausea/vomiting /diarrhea

Fatigue

Loss of taste/smell

In the past 14 days have you or anyone in your household been in contact with anyone who tested positive for covid or with covid-like symptoms? 

Have you or anyone in your household traveled out of the state or country in the past 14 days? 

Have you had any vaccine- covid, booster, flu, or immunotherapy injections within 5-7 days of your appointment time? (it is contraindicated to get a massage within this time period, and your appointment should be rescheduled)
